Returns: Accepted only within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition.
Damage Complaints: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A digital picture may be
requested for review.
Duties & Taxes: Customs duties, taxes, or charges paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- No refund requests will be entertained once the product is dispatched or delayed due to courier service.
- Refund value will not exceed the actual product price.
- For bank transfers, refunds will be issued to the original source only. Alternatively, we may
  issue vouchers.
Shipping Costs: Refunds are subject to deduction of shipping charges (as free shipping is not
offered pan-India).
